General Office Environments
Performance summary
The family of Tasman Tascor® Systems includes three different steel/concrete composite access floor systems, including the Unifix®, Stringered and Freelay Systems. The combination of a wide range of steel grades and thicknesses in conjunction with a range of concrete strength provides the most economic series of performance grades, capable of performing in the most demanding applications.
Recommended Specification
For the majority of general office environments, the most suitable specification is the Unifix® 'Medium-Grade' Access Floor System – Specification Code TC750U-TC100. When installed, the Unifix® 'Medium-Grade' Access Floor System forms a rigid membrane by safely locking the panels in position, from above - by corner fixing screws, and from below - by the understructure location lugs. This double locking system delivers a sturdy access floor that is capable of withstanding normal static and dynamic loads experienced in general office environments.

Computer/Equipment Room, Internet/Data Processing Centre, Telecommunications Exchange/Switching Centre, Anti-Static Environments
Performance summary
The space is likely to be subject to heavy equipment loads, normal levels of foot traffic and heavy infrequent rolling loads in the aisle ways. The access floor is required to perform under these heavy static and dynamic loads, plus maintain an anti-static environment, whilst providing excellent lateral stability, rigidity and easy underfloor access.
Recommended Specification
Tascor® - Stringered 'Heavy-Grade' Access Floor System
For the majority of anti-static computer/equipment room environments, the most suitable specification is the Stringered 'Heavy-Grade' Access Floor System – Specification Code TC1000SXH-TC104.
When installed, the bolted-stringers join each corner pedestal to produce a very stable and rigid understructure grid. The 'Heavy-Grade' panel fits tightly within this understructure to complete the assembly and form the Stringered 'Heavy-Grade' Access Floor System.
This access floor system is capable of withstanding extreme static and dynamic loads experienced within the majority of computer/equipment room environments.
